Running Technique

Running is such a natural cardio- vascular exercise that can be done anywhere, provided you don’t get injured! As we all sit more than our bodies were designed to, when we get up to go for that run, we end up firing from the wrong muscle groups which results in niggles/ injuries and a break in our exercise regime. Learning how to run in good technique can not only reduce your injuries, but usually helps you to run faster too.
